You agree to provide safe vehicle access and adequate working space for our technician at your specified address.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to rain, storms, or extreme weather. Once service is complete, we're not responsible for post-service weather exposure (rain, dust, bird droppings, etc.).
You must disclose any pre-existing damage before service begins. We are not liable for scratches, dents, stains, or damage present before service. Some stains, odors, or pet hair may not be fully removable.
Remove all personal items before service. Detailed By 2Clean is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced items left in the vehicle.
⚠️ You must notify us of any concerns before our technician leaves the service location. We will resolve issues on-site. No refunds are issued after the technician has departed.
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, card, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Final price may vary based on actual vehicle condition (excessive dirt, pet hair, biohazards, etc.).
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service for unsafe conditions, excessive biohazards, aggressive pets, or disrespect toward staff.
Appointment times are estimates. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Detailed By 2Clean is not liable for mechanical/electrical issues, damage from pre-existing vehicle defects, normal wear revealed during cleaning, or third-party damage. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered.
